化学溶液沉积法制备ZnO纳米棒阵列及其光学性能
Preparation of ZnO Nanorod Arrays by Chemical Solution Deposition and Their Optical Properties
【摘要】 采用化学溶液沉积法,在经ZnO纳米粒子膜修饰的FTO导电玻璃基底上制备了ZnO纳米棒阵列,探讨了生长液浓度对ZnO纳米棒阵列形貌和光学性能的影响。利用XRD、FESEM、透射光谱和光致发光谱对样品的结构、形貌和光学性能进行了表征,结果表明,所制备的ZnO纳米棒为六方纤锌矿相,沿c轴择优取向生长;ZnO纳米棒阵列生长较为致密,取向性较一致,在可见光区具有很高的透光率,在378nm有很强的紫外发射峰;随着生长液浓度的降低,ZnO纳米棒阵列的缺陷可望大幅度下降。
【Abstract】 ZnO nanorod arrays were prepared by chemical solution deposition on pre-modified FTO substrate with ZnO nanoparticles.The effects of concentration of growth solution on the morphology and optical properties of ZnO nanorod arrays were investigated.X-ray diffraction(XRD),field emission scanning electron microscopy(FESEM),transmission spectra and photoluminescence spectrum were used to characterize the crystal structures,morphology and optical properties of the ZnO nanorod arrays.XRD pattern indicates that the as-prepared ZnO nanorods are hexagonal wurtzite structures and grow along c-axis.SEM results show that the ZnO nanorod arrays are dense arranged and the orientation shows good consistence.Optical study reveals that the ZnO nanorod arrays exhibit high transmittance in visible domain and have a strong near-band ultraviolet emission at 378nm.It can be expected that the structural defects decrease greatly with the decrease of the growth solution concentration.
