枯草芽孢杆菌M6和木霉10对番茄灰霉病的防治效果研究
Biological Control Efficiency of Bacillus subtilis M6 and Trichoderma 10 to Botrytis cinerea
【摘要】 分别研究了枯草芽孢杆菌M6、木霉10和两者配成的复合菌剂W对番茄灰霉病的防治效果,测定了它们对番茄灰霉病的抑制作用。结果表明,枯草芽孢杆菌M6、木霉10、复合菌剂W对番茄灰霉病均有抑制作用,但复合菌剂W对番茄灰霉病抑制作用更强,抑制率达到62.2%,且复合菌剂W的使用浓度不能低于105 cfu/mL。田间防治试验结果表明,复合菌剂W对番茄灰霉病的防治效果良好,随浓度的增加防效不断提高,以800倍液的防效最好,连续2次施药后防效在80%以上,复合菌剂W 800倍液防效明显优于75%百菌清可湿性粉剂800倍液,复合菌剂W 1 000倍液防效与75%百菌清可湿性粉剂800倍液的相当。复合菌剂W 800倍液和1 000倍液均可代替化学药剂,以减小农残和环境污染。
【Abstract】 In this paper,we studied the control efficiency of Bacillus subtilis M6,Trichoderma 10 and their compound microbial agent W to Botrytis cinerea respectively,and we also measured their inhibitory effects against Botrytis cinerea.The results showed that Bacillus subtilis M6,Trichoderma 10 and the compound microbial agent W could all inhibit the growth of Botrytis cinerea,but the effect of compound microbial agent W was best,with the inhibition ratio of 62.2%,in addition,the results of the laboratory test showed that its concentration should be higher than 105 cfu/mL.The results of the field test showed that the compound microbial agent W could effectively control tomato gray mould,and as the concentration increased,its control efficiency became better.After twice continuous spaying of the agent,the control efficiency of the 800-fold diluted solution of the compound microbial agent W was over 80%,which apparently surpassed the 800-fold diluted solution of 75% Chlorothalonil wetable powders.The control efficiency of the 800-fold diluted solution of 75% Chlorothalonil wetable powders was the same with the 1 000-fold diluted solution of the compound microbial agent W.And both the 800-fold and 1 000-fold diluted solutions of the compound microbial agent W could substitute for the chemicals to reduce the chemicals residues and environment pollution.
