【摘要】 采用RAPD分子标记技术对30份莲(Nelumbo nucifera Gaertn.)种质资源的遗传多样性进行鉴定。筛选出14对有效引物进行PCR扩增,共产生2 146条带,其中有1 516条为多态性条带,各对引物的平均多态性条带为108.29条,扩增条带的多态率达70.64%。对所得到的30份莲种质资源的RAPD图谱进行组合和综合分析,结果表明花莲与子莲的相似遗传系数较高,说明这两种莲之间亲缘关系比较近。更多还原

【Abstract】 Genetic diversity of 30 lotus germeplasms was analyzed by RAPD marker.14 pair primers were adopted to analyze polymorphism in RAPD amplification,with 2 146 RAPD bands obtained.1 516 were polymorphic bands,with average polymorphic bands of 108.29 per pair of primers,covering 70.64% of the total bands.The RAPD map of 30 lotus germplasm resources was combined and comprehensively analyzed.The results showed that the genetic similarity coefficient between flower lotus and seed lotus was relatively high,indicating their close genetic relationship.更多还原
