【摘要】 从上世纪50年代末期至今,关于信息技术与组织结构之间关系的研究先后出现了三种不同的理论观点,分别是技术决定论、组织决定论和技术结构化理论。技术决定论和组织决定论以结果为导向,主要考察信息技术是否是组织结构变迁的决定性因素;而技术结构化理论则以过程为导向,关注信息技术与组织结构之间复杂的互构过程。本文对这三种理论观点进行了比较,并指出了未来的研究方向。更多还原

【Abstract】 From 1950’s to now,there are three different theories about the relationship of IT and organizational structure,which are technology-imperative theory,organization-imperative theory,and theory of technology structuration.Technology-imperative theory and organization-imperative theory are in the guidance of outcomes,and make attention to whether IT is the determinant factor of organizational change.But theory of technology structuration is in the guidance of process,and takes focus on the interplaying process of IT and organizational structure.The paper reviews these opinions and points out the future research directions.更多还原
