【摘要】采用L9(34)正交试验设计,通过饲养试验、代谢试验和比较屠宰试验相结合的方法,利用回归分析对1~3周龄骡鸭能量、粗蛋白质、钙、磷的需要量进行了研究。结果表明,1~3周龄骡鸭能量、粗蛋白质、钙和磷需要量推算公式分别为:Y(kJ)=961.8W0.75(kg)+12.72ΔW(g),Y(g)=5.19W0.75(kg)+0.35ΔW(g),Y(g)=0.1528+0.0154ΔW(g)和Y(g)=0.0699+0.009ΔW(g)。其相应需要量分别为11.90MJ/kg、18.94g/100g、0.89g/100g和0.50g/100g。更多还原

【Abstract】 By using the L9(34) orthogonal test,feeding,metabolism and comparative slaughtering trials was used to study the requirements of energy,protein,Calcium and Phosphorus in 1~3-week-old mule duck.The results of linear regression analysis showed,for the 1~3-week-old mule duck,the calculation formula of energy requirement was Y(kJ)=961.8W0.75(kg)+12.72ΔW(g),the requirement of crude protein was Y(g)=5.19W0.75(kg)+0.35ΔW(g),the Calcium requirement was Y(g)=0.1528+0.0154ΔW(g),the Phosphorus requirement was Y(g)=0.0699+0.009ΔW(g).The requirements calculated of energy,protein,calcium and phosphorus was 11.90MJ/kg,18.94 g/100g,0.89g/100g and 0.50g/100g respectively.更多还原
