【摘要】 目的:了解当前荆州市乡镇卫生院全科医学培训效果,为进一步完善培训计划与方式提供依据。方法:采用问卷调查方式,对247名学员进行调查,资料经SPSS11.50软件进行统计描述分析。结果:学员参加培训后,自己的专业知识与技能有所提高者占81.0%,有明显提高者占14.3%。乡镇卫生院全科医学存在的问题主要有:培训内容实践性不够、针对性不强、课程内容太多;培训形式走过场、安排培训项目少和上级不重视。结论:荆州市乡镇卫生院全科医学培训取得了一定效果;解决培训中存在的问题,需要因材施教、规范管理、加强支持。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To understand the effect of township hospital general practice training in Jingzhou and to provide evidence to perfect training programs.Method: The questionnaire of 247 participants was made and the data were statistically described in the spss11.50 software.Results:81.0% of the participants attending the training improved their professional knowledge and skills.14.3% were significantly improved;the main problems in township hospital general practice training are insufficient practice,lack of target,less curriculum and less training programs.Conclusion: The achievements have been made in township hospital general practice training,but some issues,including individualized training,standardized management and strengthening support,remain to be solved.更多还原
