浒苔对重金属Pb2+的生物吸附及其生理反应

【摘要】 研究了浒苔对Pb2+的生物吸附能力及不同浓度Pb2+对浒苔的叶绿素含量、叶绿素a/b比值、可溶性糖和蛋白质含量的影响。试验结果表明,暴露72h后,浒苔对Pb2+的去除率平均为(84.44±0.99)%,本试验范围内呈先升后降的趋势。叶绿素a、b含量在Pb2+不同质量浓度处理下呈现一定波动,但叶绿素a/b的比值变化不大。可溶性糖含量与空白对照相比总体上增加,而蛋白质含量总体上略有减少,但两者均有随着Pb2+质量浓度不断上升先升后降的趋势。浒苔对Pb2+具有较好的去除率和一定的生理抗性,可以用作低质量浓度含铅废水的去除。

【Abstract】 Bioabsorption of Pb2+,the chlorophyll content,chlorophyll a/b ratio,soluble sugar content and protein content were investigated in green alga Enteromorpha prolifera exposed to different concentrations of Pb2+.Results showed that Pb2+ removal rate was increased firstly and then decreased from aqueous solutions 72 h after the alga was exposed to the Pb2+,with the average value of(84.44±0.99)%.The chlorophyll contents were found to be fluctuated in the alga exposed to different concentrations of Pb2+,whereas the chlorophyll a/b ratios were constant comparatively.The higher soluble sugar contents were observed in the treatment groups than that in the control group.The protein contents,however,were decreased slightly,and both soluble sugar contents and protein contents were increased first and then decreased with the increase in Pb2+ concentration.It is concluded that E.prolifera has higher bioabsorption capacity and physiological resistance to Pb2+ and can be considered as bioabsorbent materials for Pb2+ at low concentrations.
