北海珍珠养殖区与非养殖区春、秋季磷的形态特征及其相关性

【摘要】 利用2008年9月和2009年4月对北海珍珠养殖区和非养殖区的调查资料,对该海区磷的循环特征及其生态效应进行了分析研究。研究结果表明,该海区磷的储量不高,无论是养殖区还是非养殖区均表现为有机态磷和无机磷含量明显偏低。除颗粒态磷外,所有形态磷均表现为秋季明显高于春季,突出体现了生物释放的补充影响作用。在磷的形态转化上,春季是以颗粒态磷和无机磷为主,秋季则以溶解态磷和无机磷为主,但由此而产生的生态效应养殖区比非养殖区显著得多。不同形态磷的区域性差异各具特色,对于养殖区,春季突出体现了生物释放的补充影响作用,秋季却在盐度差极小的情况下突出了陆源输入的影响;而非养殖区尽管受生物的释放作用影响较小,但却在往复流水动力作用影响下,突出了海洋自身的补充影响作用,陆源的增补影响只在春季才从颗粒态磷的分布中体现出来。各种形态磷之间的相互关系,以养殖区春季出现的相关次数较多亦较显著,秋季次之,非养殖区出现的相关次数较少而且显著性也较差。

【Abstract】 The phosphorus circulation characteristics and ecological effects were analyzed by the investigation in the areas with and without pearl oyster culture in Beihai in September 2008 and April 2009.The results showed that there were lower contents of dissolved organic phosphorus(DOP),and dissolved inorganic phosphorus(DIP) in both pearl oyster culture area and free pearl oyster culture area.The higher contents of all state phosphorus were found in autumn than in spring,except particulate phosphorus(PP),indicating the effect of the pearl oyster culture.The PP and DIP were primarily observed in spring whereas the DIP and DTP were found in autumn.DIP also showed a significant ecological effect in the pearl oyster culture.The determination of various states of phosphorus in the pearl oyster culture areas revealed that the organism discharges showed significant influence in spring.In autumn,however,it was the land-sourced pollutant.In the free-pearl oyster culture areas,the replenishing from the ocean was significant,and the land-sourced pollutant only reflected in spring through the distribution of PP.There was a closer correlation between the various states of phosphorus in spring than in autumn in the pearl oyster culture areas,whereas the correlation is not significant in the free-pearl oyster culture areas.
