太阳能沼气池自动控制系统设计与仿真
Design and simulation of solar energy marsh gas tank automatic control system
【摘要】 为解决北方地区由于冬季气温和地温低而产生的沼气池产气率低与使用率低等问题,建立了基于渗流理论的三维导热控制模型,该模型将沼气池和周围土壤看成一个有机整体,通过分析和调控沼气池周围土壤温度达到发酵液恒温的效果。设计了太阳能沼气池自动控制系统,利用太阳能集热系统加热料液,并自动控制液料发酵温度在±2℃范围内波动。采用Proteus和Matlab进行系统仿真,验证了控制模型和系统的正确性。
【Abstract】 To solve the problem of low gas production rate and low utilization rate in northern regions in winter.A 3D thermal control model based on the theory of percolation is established.In this model,the marsh gas tank and the surrounding soil are seen as an organic whole,it makes the broth thermostatic by analyzing and controlling the soil temperature around the marsh gas tank.A solar energy marsh gas tank control system is designed,using solar energy heat-collecting system to heat the liquid material,and automatically control the temperature of the liquid material fluctuating in the range of ± 2 ℃.It simulates with Proteus and Matlab to verify the correctness of control model and system.
