【Abstract】 Hyaluronic acid is an acidic polysaccharide that has been internationally recognized biological macromolecules moisturizing agents,widely used in ophthalmic microsurgery,arthritis therapy,tissue engineering and drug delivery and other areas of biological materials.In this paper,the current domestic and international research status of the chemical structure of hyaluronic acid,physical and chemical properties and preparation methods were reviewed.Furthermore,ap-plications of hyaluronic acid are summarized in the paper.In the same time,development orientation is also prospected.更多还原
