超级电容器充放电特性研究

【摘要】 通过不同充电电流对容量的影响分析,发现超级电容器放电容量受充电电流影响显著,充电电流越大,储能越小。在充电制度中加入恒压充电步骤,既能改善大电流充电时的放电容量,又能提高各单体间的一致性。此外通过单体工艺与结构优化,可降低超级电容器单体内阻,减小大电流放电压降,提高了单体的大电流放电功率特性。

【Abstract】 According to the analysis of different charging current,the discharging capacity of supercapacitor is significantly affected by charging current,and the energy storage is smaller when the charging current is larger.It is possible not only to improve the discharging capacity during high rate discharge,but also enhance the coherence of different monomer.Through the technology and structure optimization of individual supercapacitor,the inner resistance and the voltage drop during high rate discharge of individual supercapacitor is reduced,and the power performance during high rate discharge is improved.
