【摘要】 "说课"是高职院校人才培养工作评估中的一项重要内容,是考察院校人才培养工作状态与质量的重要途径。听"说课"的过程既是了解一门课程教学设计的过程,也是了解专业建设和被评院校规范化办学的过程。评估专家不仅要在正确理解高职教育课程及其使命的基础上把握"听"的重点;而且要通过预审状态数据,有针对性选择被"说"的课程,由表及里,系统探究影响人才培养质量的因素;同时,要把听"说课"获取的信息,与通过其它形式获得的信息有机整合,最后才能对高职院校人才培养工作做出科学评价。更多还原

【Abstract】 Expounding a subject is one of the necessary contents in personnel training of vocational colleges and one of the important methods of investigation into both operation and quality of personnel training evaluation of vocational colleges.The process of listening of expounding a subject is to realize the teaching design of a course and the process of specialty construction and normative school-running of colleges evaluated.Evaluation specialties should not only grasp the of listening on basis of correct understanding of the curriculum of higher vocational education and its mission,but also choose to listen to related lectures according to preliminary state data and probe systematically into the causes influencing on the quality of personnel training from the outside to the inside.Meanwhile,scientific evaluation of personnel training of vocational colleges is made by the integration of the information got from expounding a subject with that got from other ways.At last,a scientific evaluation to personnel training of vocational colleges can be made.更多还原
