三维复合絮垫的压缩性能影响研究

【摘要】 研究并分析了中空三维织物对絮垫压缩性能的影响。研究表明,三维织物填充纤维所制得的纤维絮垫在受到压缩作用时,产生的压缩变形及恢复性能明显得到改善;其中以方形织物受到压缩产生变形较低,以X型三维织物填充絮垫的恢复性能最佳,三角形结构提升稍低。

【Abstract】 The influence of hollow three-dimensional fabric on batts compressibility was analyzed.The result showed that the compressibility and restorability of such kind of fabric batts were improved greatly.Change level of shape of squared-fabric was lowest,restorability of batts of X-shaped three-dimensional fabric was the best one and the improvement of triangle structure was a little lower.
