【Abstract】 Judicial specialization does not exclude judicial democratization.People’ s judicial power orientation,judicial participation and judicial supervision in the process of judicial specialization not only reflects the influence and effect people have made in judicial specialization,but also reveals the rationality and enthusiasm of the existence of judicial democratization.
