铝合金上层建筑参与船体总纵弯曲的特性研究
Characteristics Study on Longitudinal Bending of Aluminum Alloy Superstructure Jointed with Main Hull
【摘要】 铝合金材料具有比重和弹性模量小等优良性能,铝合金上层建筑已广泛应用于高速艇与水面舰艇.本文作者应用有限元方法对铝合金上层建筑参与船体总纵弯曲的特性作了较为详细的计算,得到了在纯弯矩作用下铝合金上层建筑与主体之间的应力分布,及总纵弯曲应力在船舯剖面上的分布,并与钢质上层建筑的计算结果进行了比较.文中通过分析获得的一些结论可为铝合金上层建筑设计提供技术支撑.
【Abstract】 Aluminum alloy superstructure has been widely used in high-speed boats and surface ships because the material has a good performance in density and elastic modulus.The characteristics of the aluminum alloy superstructure in longitudinal bending are calculated in detail by the finite element method.The stress distribution between the superstructure and main hull in pure bending moment and the longitudinal bending stress distribution of the mid-ship section are obtained.The calculation result is compared with the steel one.Some conclusions can provide technical support for the aluminum alloy superstructure design.
