中空液压马达结构的有限元分析
FEA on Structure of Hydraulic Swing Motor with Hollow Shaft
【摘要】 采用UG软件对中空液压马达的外腔和转轴进行三维建模,然后利用UG的计算机辅助分析(CAE)模块的强大工程分析能力对中空液压马达外腔和马达转轴进行结构及受力分析,为马达在材料的选择和结构设计方面提供理论依据,同时给出了UG有限元分析软件的特点和设计步骤,实现了利用同一软件快捷地完成工程的CAD/CAM/CAE任务.
【Abstract】 The paper describes mechanical structure design and the finite element analysis process based on UG-CAE for the hydraulic swing motor with hollow shaft. Based on comparing the results of analysis with FEA for cavities and shafts made by different material, suitable material can be easily select for them according to their load condition. The characters of UG FEA analysis software and design procedure are described as well. Therefore, it is possible to complete all CAD/CAM/CAD tasks with the same software.
