【摘要】 目的探讨帕罗西汀联合认知疗法治疗产后抑郁症的疗效和安全性。方法将120例产后抑郁症患者随机分为研究组(帕罗西汀+认知疗法)和对照组(帕罗西汀),每组60例,观察治疗8周。用汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)和副反应量表(TESS)分别评定临床疗效和不良反应。结果在治疗后第4周末,研究组显效率和有效率均高于对照组(P<0.05);第8周末,研究组显效率高于对照组(P<0.05),但有效率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);HAMD评分,两组治疗后均较治疗前下降;同期对照,研究组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组TESS评分无明显差异(P>0.05)。结论帕罗西汀联合认知疗法治疗产后抑郁症比单用帕罗西汀治疗起效更快,疗效更优,有利于患者早日康复。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the efficacy and safety of paroxetine addition cognitive psychological therapy on the patients with postpartum depression.Methods A total of 120 patients with postpartum depression were randomly divided to study group(treated by paroxetine addition cognitive psychological therapy)and control group(treated by paroxetine)for 8 weeks.The Hamilton depressive scale(HAMD)and treatment emergent side effect scale(TESS)were used to evaluate the efficacy and adverse effects respectively.Results After 4 weeks of treatment,the rates of patients that showed significant efficacy and efficacy in the study group was significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).After 8 weeks of treatment,the efficacy in the study group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05),but the efficacy rate was not significantly different between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the scores of HAMD significantly decreased in both groups(P<0.05),but there was more obvious in the study group(P<0.05).The TESS scores was not significant difference in two groups after treatment.Conclusions From the Aspect of early rehabilitation,cognitive psychological therapy combining with paroxetine is much more effective than paroxetine alone in treatment of the patients with postpartum depression.更多还原
