【摘要】 核心期刊以其相对的公正性、科学性、权威性,成为期刊界追求的目标。高校社科学报能否成为某类核心期刊,已经成为衡量其学术影响力大小的一把标尺,成为影响其生存发展的重要因素。制约高校社科学报进入核心期刊行列的主要原因有两个方面,一是高校社科学报办刊特点及自身存在的问题,二是现有核心期刊评价系统和评价功能的局限性。高校社科学报应该与时俱进,积极探索改革之路,勇于突破瓶颈,并且倡导、推进现有核心期刊评价体系的改进与完善,更好地促进自身的繁荣与发展。更多还原

【Abstract】 Owing to the impartiality,scientificity and authority,being core periodicals is the shared objective of many journals.Whether a university journal of social science could be assessed as a core periodical is not only the test of its academic influence,but also a vital factor affecting its survival and development.There are two things that restrict university journals to be core periodicals.One is the publication features and existing problems of university journals of social science.The other is the limitation of the evaluation system and evaluation function of the existing core periodicals.In order to promote the boom and development of university journals of social science,they are supposed to keep pace with the time,explore ways of reformation and breakthrough,and initiate the perfection and improvement of the evaluation system of core periodicals.更多还原
