【摘要】 目的:建立山绿茶药材的质量标准。方法:采用TLC法鉴别山绿茶药材中芦丁;采用HPLC法测定山绿茶药材中绿原酸与芦丁的含量。结果:TLC鉴别芦丁斑点清晰,绿原酸进样量在0.01082-0.8656μg之间与峰面积呈良好的线性关系,r=1.000,平均回收率为96.53%,RSD为1.41%。芦丁进样量在0.02028-1.6224μg之间与峰面积呈良好的线性关系,r=0.9997,平均回收率为99.15%,RSD为2.00%。结论:所建立的质量控制方法灵敏,简便,重现性好,可用于山绿茶药材的质量控制。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To establish the method for quality control of Ilex hainanensis Merr..Methods: Rutin of Ilex hainanensis Merr.was identified by TLC.HPLC was used to determine the contents of rutin and chlorogenic acid.Results: Rutin spot on TLC plates was clear.The linear range of chlorogenic acid was good from 0.01082μg-0.8656μg,r=1.000,the average recovery was 96.53%(RSD=1.41%).The linear range of rutin was good from 0.02028μg-1.6224μg,r=0.9997,the average recovery was 99.15%(RSD=2.00%).Conclusion: The method was accurate,simple and reproducible which can be applied to the quality control of Ilex hainanensis Merr..更多还原
