【摘要】 目的:建立鬼针草药材的质量标准。方法:以金丝桃苷和鬼针草总黄酮为指标,采用薄层层析法、比色法和高效液相色谱法对采集的鬼针草药材进行质量标准研究。结果:鬼针草药材中金丝桃苷薄层层析结果为阳性,总黄酮含量不少于5.00mg/g,金丝桃苷含量不少于0.03mg/g。结论:本实验方法简便、准确,能有效控制鬼针草药材的质量。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To establish the quality standard of spanishneedles herb. Methods: Taking hyperoside and total flavonoids of spanishneedles herb as targets. Quality standard was studied on collected spanishneedles herb by TLC, colorimetric and HPLC. Results: Quality standared was established that TLC of hyperoside should be positive, TFB content should be not lower than 4.00mg/g, hyperoside content should be not lower than 0.03mg/g.
