【摘要】 目的:观察贯黄感冒颗粒体内、外抗甲型流感病毒的作用。方法:体外观察贯黄感冒颗粒对甲型流感病毒H1N1和H3N2致细胞病变作用的影响,体内观察其对甲型流感病毒FM1感染小鼠的保护作用。结果:贯黄感冒颗粒体外对所试两株病毒所致的细胞病变均显示抑制作用,对H1N1的IC50为1.38mg/mL,TI为5.66;对H3N2的IC50为0.69mg/mL,TI为11.31。体内实验结果显示贯黄感冒颗粒中剂量组可降低甲型流感病毒FM1感染所致小鼠的死亡率,延长平均生存时间。结论:贯黄感冒颗粒体内外均有抗甲型流感病毒的作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To observe the antiviral effect of Guanhuang Ganmao Granule on influenza virus A in vitro and in vivo experiments.Methods:Observed the cytopathic effect of Guanhuang Ganmao Granule on influenza virus A HIN1 and H3N2 in vitro,observed its protective effect on the mice infected with influenza virus FM1.Results:Guanhuang Ganmao Granule can inhibit the cell pathological effect caused by influenza virus A in vitro;to H1N1,its IC50 is 1.38 mg/mL,TI is 5.66;to H3N2,its IC50 is 0.69 mg/mL,TI is 11.31.In the medium-dose Guanhuang Ganmao Granule can reduce the mortality of the mice infected with FM1 strain of influenza virus A,prolong the average survival time.Conclusion:Guanhuang Ganmao Granule shows antiviral effect in vitro and in vivo.更多还原
