【摘要】 目的:研究比较不同种质黄芩蛋白质的差异。方法:采用蛋白质聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳方法。结果:沙滩黄芩的蛋白质主要分布在相对分子量10.0-70.0kDa之间,且分布较均匀,一级条带主要集中在20.0-30.0kDa;不同产地黄芩的蛋白质条带在相对分子量66.0、70.0、112.0kDa处染色较深,蛋白质含量较高,与沙滩黄芩有显著差异。花粉红色及玫红色的黄芩,电泳条带数目较少,染色较浅,但其一级条带和紫花黄芩的条带基本相同。结论:黄芩与沙滩黄芩的蛋白质电泳差别大于不同种质黄芩之间的差异。证实蛋白质电泳结果较相近的黄芩具有较近的亲缘关系。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To compare the protein difference of different germplasm of Baicalin.Methods: The method of protein gel electrophoresis was used.Results: The protein of S.strigillosa was mainly between 10.0~70.0 kDa and its first-order stripe distributed over 20.0-30.0 kDa.The electrophoresis spectrum was shown that different germplasm of Baicalin had deeper color stripe at 66.0,70.0,112.0 kDa and had more difference with S.strigillosa.Conclusion: The difference of protein gel electrophoresis was larger between Baicalin and S.strigillosa than that of different germplasms of Baicalin.It was verified that Baicalins which had similar results of protein gel electrophoresis had closer relationship.更多还原
