扶本增脉颗粒剂中挥发油的包合工艺研究

【摘要】 目的:优选扶本增脉颗粒剂中挥发油的β-环糊精包合工艺。方法:采用L9(34)正交实验,以包合率、回收率为指标,考察挥发油与β-环糊精配比、包合温度、包合时间等因素的影响。并用薄层色谱及溶解度测定对包合前后的挥发油进行分析。结果:最佳工艺条件是挥发油与β-环糊精配比1:9,包合温度60℃,包合时间2h。结论:该工艺简便合理可行;包合工艺能够起到稳定挥发性成分、增加溶解度的作用。

【Abstract】 Objective: To optimize the preparation process of the volatile oil-β-cyclodextrin1 inclusion complex of Fubenzengmai Granules.Methods: The saturated water solution mixingmethod was applied.Determining the ultilization ratio of the volatile oil and recovery of inclusion complex,the optimum preparation conditions were investigated by the orthogonal design.The quality of the volatile oil before and after included were analyzed by TLC and dissolved test.Results: The optimum preparation conditions for inclusion were as follows: m(volatile oil of Fubenzengmai Granules):m(β-CD) = 1:9(g/g),the temperature was 60℃,inclusion process lasted 2h.Conclusion: The optimum preparation is simple,conductive and capable of stabling the volatile oil and promoting dissolving.
