【摘要】 研制患者报告的临床结局评价量表已成为当前中医药疗效评价研究的最活跃领域之一。而研制患者报告的临床结局评价量表的关键一步是条目的筛选。本文较系统的叙述了专家重要评分法、条目分布考察法、离散趋势法、因子分析法、聚类分析法、Cronbach’s a系数法、逐步回归法、逐步判别法、相关系数法、t检验法、分辨力系数法等11种方法在患者报告的临床结局评价量表条目筛选中的应用方法,以求更好的全面而客观的筛选患者报告的临床结局评价量表的条目。更多还原
