数字化短道速滑弯道专项力量训练器的研制
A Digitized Appliance for Short Track Speed Skaters’ Turning Strength Training
【摘要】 针对我国短道速滑运动员总体专项力量能力与韩国和世界优秀运动员的差距,尤其是在比赛中"突然加速"与弯道超越对手的能力较差的问题,设计一种数字化短道速度滑冰弯道力量训练器。训练器由底盘框架、梯形长方体钢框和平叉型框等构成框架,装有圆盘踏动传动系统、风阻转盘传动系统、压力传感器和光电开关传感器等,以及数据采集摄像机、计算机组成。运动员模拟弯道蹬动训练时,站在转盘边缘做双腿交叉剪切用力向右蹬动,使踏动转盘逆时针转动,来克服传动系统阻力、风阻力转盘产生的阻力负载,同时主轴的转速光码盘系统、压力传感器、摄像机将蹬动速率、压力、视频信号传给计算机模拟成动作压力周期曲线信号数据同时显示并记录,实现数据化训练,依据数据评估训练效果,提高运动成绩。
【Abstract】 Aiming at the difference of Chinese short track speed skaters’ special strength capability from world excellent skaters,especially the problem about less capability of sudden acceleration and turning to surpass competitors in competitions,we design a digitized appliance for short track speed skaters’ turning strength training,which consists of not only mechanical frame such as base plate,trapezoidal cuboid steel structure and flat fork type box,but also following system: push-driven disc,wind-drag rotary,pressure sensors,optoelectronic switch,video camera capture and computer.With the appliance,the skaters can have an imitative exercise to improve the turning strength by overcoming the resistances from the driving system and wind-drag when having consecutive rightward cross steps to hard push the disc’s edging,which resulting in the disc’s anticlockwise rotation.At the same time,these devices may synchronously transfer the push speed,strength and video signal to the computer which will graphically show and save these data.It may improve the skaters’ performance by evaluating the training gains with the training digitization.
