【摘要】 黑龙江省普通高校冰雪体育课运动损伤的情况日益严重,不仅严重影响学生的健康,也影响了冰雪体育课的教学质量。随着高校教学改革的不断深入,高校冰雪体育课运动损伤的情况越来越受到有关方面的重视,如何做好预防运动损伤的工作,最大限度地减少或避免损伤,从而保证学生的身体健康和冰雪体育课教学质量是非常有意义的。采用文献资料、数理统计等方法对黑龙江高校速度冰雪体育课运动损伤的现状进行分析和研究,研究表明:由于冰雪体育课的特点,运动损伤的性质以冻伤和关节扭伤为主,但不同体育课运动损伤性质有差异;不同冰雪体育课发生运动损伤的主要部位并不完全相同,滑雪课运动损伤的主要部位是躯干而滑冰课和雪地足球运动损伤的主要部位是下肢。根据黑龙江高校冰雪体育课的现状提出充分、合理的做好准备活动;提高学生对动作技术的重视程度;加强学生的自我保护及预防损伤意识和提高教师教学方法的科学性等发展对策。更多还原

【Abstract】 In Heilongjiang province,the undergraduates’ sports injuries in ice-snow sports curriculum are getting more serious,and badly influence not only their health,but also the teaching quality of ice-snow sports.With the deepening reform of college education,the sports injuries have been more and more regarded by the parties concerned.For ensuring the undergraduates’ health and the teaching quality of ice-snow sports curriculum,it’s very significant how to do well the precaution and furthest reduce or avoid the sports injuries.With the methods of documentary information and mathematical statistics,the paper has an status investigation on the undergraduates’ sports injuries in Heilongjiang province.The results show that because of the ice-snow sports curriculum’s speciality,the kinds of sports injuries mainly include frostbite and joint sprain,but the kinds from different curriculums are different;the main occurred parts of sports injuries are not identical: trunk in skiing curriculum,lower limbs in skating curriculum and snow football.Basing on the status of college ice-snow sports in Heilongjiang province,it suggests some countermeasures as follows: do well the sufficient and reasonable warm-up;heighten the undergraduates’ attention to the motional technique;enhance their consciousness of self-protection and injury-precaution;improve the scientificity of teachers’ teaching methods.更多还原
