【摘要】 目的:探讨心肌钙蛋白I(cTnI)、碱性成纤维细胞生长因子(bFGF)在冠心病猝死(SCD)中的表达及其意义。方法:应用免疫组化染色法、Image-Pro Plus 6.0图像分析软件、SPSS11.5统计软件研究cTnI、bFGF在SCD中的表达情况。结果:在cTnI免疫组化染色中,对照组cTnI的累积光密度(IOD)明显高于SCD组,两组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);在bFGF免疫组化染色中,对照组bFGF的IOD明显低于SCD组,两组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:cTnI、bFGF免疫组化染色方法的联合应用对SCD的诊断据有重要意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To investigate the expression and significance of cardiac troponin I(cTnI),and basic fibroblast growth factor(bFGF) in sudden coronary death(SCD).Methods: The expression of cTnI and bFGF in SCD was detected by immunol histochemistry.The data were analyzed using Image-Pro Plus 6.0 analysis software and SPSS 11.5 statistical software.Results: The IOD value of cTnI in the control group was significantly higher than in the SCD group(P<0.01).And the IOD value of bFGF in the control group was significantly lower than in the SCD group(P<0.01).Conclusion: The joint application of immunol staining for cTnI and bFGF is highly valuable to the diagnosis of SCD.更多还原
