中外优秀女子中长跑运动员5000m跑分段成绩研究

【摘要】 采用文献资料法、数理统计法,对国内(2009年中华人民共和国第十一届运动会田径比赛女子5 000m决赛跑前8名运动员)和国外(2009年柏林世界田径锦标赛女子5 000m跑前8名运动员)2组优秀中长跑运动员5 000m跑比赛进行分析,以400m为分段的分段成绩进行比较,为了便于进行深层次的分析,根据中长跑项目自身的规律以及研究对象的5 000m跑400m分段成绩曲线图的总体特征,将5 000m跑全程分为3个阶段进行分析:起始段为从起跑后800m;途中跑段国内外运动员均为3~11分段(800~4 400m);冲刺段国内外运动员均为12~13分段(最后600m)。找出我国运动员与世界优秀运动员存在的差距,建议我国运动员在中长跑项目上发展耐力水平的同时,应充分认识到项目的特点,重视对速度能力的提高,培养运动员在较高跑速下维持相对稳定速度的能力。同时为今后我国的女子中长跑训练提供一定的参考。

【Abstract】 Through using the method of literature review and mathematical statistics,this paper makes analysis on top 8 woman athletes of 5000m running in the 11th National Games in 2009 and Berlin World Athletics Championship in 2009 and analyzes the spilt time(400m) between them.In order to make deeply analysis,based on the general pattern of middle and long distance running event and curve overall characteristics of research subjects’ split time of 400m,the author divides the full distance running of 5000m into three phase,the start section from the initial segment 800 metersmiddle distance running section both at home and abroad from 3—11(800—4 400 m)sprint section both at home and abroad from 12—13(the last 600 m).The aim of this investigation is to find out the differences of elite athletes with foreign ones.It suggests that our athletes should develop endurance in middle-distance running,fully aware of the characteristics of the event,pay attention to the improvement of speed and maintain a relatively stable ability at higher speed.The main purpose is to provide the certain reference for future training of woman middle and long distance running in China.
