Co对Nd7.7Dy1.5(Fe1-xCox)84Zr0.8B6复相纳米永磁材料性能的影响
Effects of Co content on nanocrystalline materials with composition of Nd7.7Dy1.5(Fe1-xCox)84Zr0.8B6
【摘要】 采用熔体快淬和晶化处理的方法制取了成分为Nd7.7Dy1.5(Fe1-x Co x)84Zr0.8B6的复相纳米永磁材料,借助于VSM等分析测量手段研究了Co的加入量对实验材料组织和性能的影响.结果表明,Co含量在一定的范围内,材料的磁性能随着Co含量的增加而上升,继续增加Co含量会导致磁性能的下降,当Co的原子分数为4%,经过700℃晶化处理15 min后可获得最佳磁性能,其磁性能为:Mr=0.68 T,Hcj=514.45 kA/m,BHm=121.79 kJ/m3.
【Abstract】 Nanocrystalline materials with composition of Nd7.7Dy1.5(Fe1-xCox)84Zr0.8B6 were prepared by melt-spun and heat treatment.The effects of Co content on the structure and magnetic properties of the materials were studied and analyzed by means of VSM,etc.The result shows that the magnetic properties are improved with increasing the Co content within a certain range,but go down with increasing the Co content continuously.The optimal magnetic properties can be acquired by heat treatment at 700 ℃ for 15 minutes when Co content is 4 at%,and the magnetic properties of the materials are as follows: Mr=0.68 T,Hcj=514.45 KA/m,BHm=121.79 kJ/m3.
