60Si2CrV钢贝氏体表面浮凸的观察

【摘要】 表面浮凸效应被认为是区分切变型相变和扩散型相变的重要实验依据和相变特征.将预先抛光3 mm厚的60Si2CrV钢试样进行真空热处理后,未经侵蚀,直接用LOM,SEM和STM观察分析,得到60Si2CrV钢贝氏体表面浮凸既有"∧"型,又有"N"型.表明,贝氏体表面浮凸是相变过程中比体积增加,造成不均匀体积膨胀的结果.

【Abstract】 The surface relief is deemed important experimental evidence and phase transition characteristic to distinguish between shear and diffusion phase transition.After vacuum heat treatment of the pre-polished samples of 3 mm thickness,the uneroded samples were observed and analyzed by Quanta-400 SEM,Nanofirst-100 STM and optics microscope.The results show that bainitic surface relief of 60Si2CrV displayed ∧-type or N-type,indicating that the surface relief was the result of the uneven volume-expansion when austenite transformed into bainite.
