【摘要】 目的探讨胃癌细胞PTEN蛋白表达与病理类型和胃癌预后的关系。方法检测胃癌患者癌细胞PTEN蛋白表达情况,分析胃癌细胞生物学行为与预后的关系。结果 PTEN蛋白表达缺失患者的1.5年生存率低于PTEN蛋白表达患者(P<0.01);生存期≥1.5年的胃癌患者PTEN蛋白表达阳性率(67.6%)高于生存期<1.5年者(22.6%)(P<0.05);无转移的胃癌患者PTEN蛋白表达阳性率高于有转移者(P<0.05)。结论 PTEN蛋白表达可作为预测胃癌预后有价值的标志物。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the relationship between PTEN protein expression in gastric carcinoma cells,pathological parameters and the prognosis.Methods Detected PTEN protein expression in gastric cancer patients by immunohistological technique, revealing biological behavior involvement of gastric cancer cells in prognosis.Results One point five-year survival rate of cases with negative PTEN protien expression in gastric cancer was significantly lower than that of patients with PTEN protien expression(P<0.01).The PTEN protien expression rate was 67.6%in patients alive for over 1.5-year,in contrast to 22.6%in those died within 1.5-year after diagnosis.The expression rate of PTEN protein in cases without metastasis was higher than that of those with metastasis (P<0.05).Conclusion PTEN protein expression could be a valuable marker for predicting the prognosis of gastric cancer.更多还原
