【摘要】 为解决碧桃切枝开花率低、花期短等问题,试验采用含有不同质量浓度的6-苄氨基嘌呤(6-BA)和细胞分裂素(CTK)的瓶插液对碧桃切枝进行瓶插。试验结果表明:含有50mg/L 6-BA和100mg/L CTK的瓶插液可以显著延长碧桃切枝的瓶插寿命,提高开花率,其中以含有50mg/L 6-BA的瓶插液效果为最佳。更多还原

【Abstract】 To solve the problems of low opening rate and short opening time in flowers of cut peach,the effects of 6-Benzyl amino purine(6-BA)and cytokinin(CTK) on grades of flower opening,rate of flower opening,vase longevity,flower diameter and flower color were examined.The results showed that 50 mg/L 6-BA and 100 mg/L CTK could obviously prolong the vase life of cut peach flower and raise the flower opening rate,and 50 mg/L 6-BA had a better effect compared with 100 mg/L CTK.更多还原
