【摘要】 以黄连木的枝条作为外植体进行组织培养。结果表明:1/2 DKW+6-BA 1.0 mg/L+NAA 0.1 mg/L+IBA 0.2 mg/L作为茎段腋芽诱导的培养基,芽体长达4 cm;1/2 DKW+6-BA 4.0 mg/L+IBA 0.04 mg/L+NAA 0.02 mg/L为增殖培养基,增殖系数可达4.21;1/2 DKW+IBA 6.0 mg/L为生根培养基,生根率达到91.15%;移栽在草炭∶蛭石∶粗砂=3∶1∶2混合基质中,成活率高达92.11%以上。更多还原

【Abstract】 The stem-segments were used as explants in the tissue cultrue of Pistacia chinensis Bunge.Results indicated that:Medium of 1/2DKW+6-BA 1.0 mg/L+NAA 0.1 mg/L+IBA 0.2 mg/L was the best medium for the induction of axillary bud,and the bud’s length was up to 4cm;Multiplication coefficient was 4.21 on the medium of 1/2 DKW+6-BA 4.0 mg/L+ IBA 0.04 mg/L+NAA0.02 mg/L IBA 0.1 mg/L;Rooting rate was up to 91.15% on the medium of 1/2DKW+ IBA6.0 mg/L;The suitable transplantation martix was peat∶verimiculite∶coarse sand(3∶1∶2),and survial rate of plant with root was above 92.11%.更多还原
