【摘要】 以黄菖蒲种子萌发的小苗作为外植体进行组织培养与快速繁殖。结果表明:外置最佳消毒时间为0.1%氯化汞溶液6 min;不定芽分化最佳培养基为MS+6-BA 1.5 mg/L+NAA 0.2 mg/L;生根最佳培养基为MS+NAA 0.5 mg/L,生根率达100%,生根数3~4条,移栽于栽培基质(蛭石∶草炭=1∶1)中,成活率达95%以上。更多还原

【Abstract】 The seed germination of seedlings was used as the explants in the tissue culture of Iris pseudacorus.The results indicated that the optimum time was 6 minutes for the explants disinfected by 0.1% HgCl2solution and the best medium for adventitious of bud differentiation was MS +6-BA 2 mg / L+ NAA 0.2 mg /L.The rooting rate was 100% when the plants growing on the medium of MS + NAA 0.5 mg / L.The root numbers reached from three to five.The suitable transplantation matrix was 1/2 vermiculite +1/2 peat and the survival rate of plant root was above 95%.更多还原
