SiC-Al2O3复合陶瓷涂层抗熔融贫煤侵蚀特性研究
Anti-corrosion Characteristics of Molten Lean Coal on SiC-Al2O3 Composite Ceramic Coating
【摘要】 采用浆料法制备SiC-Al2O3复合陶瓷涂层,并添加少许ZrO2微粉。分别在1 300,1 400℃的高温炉中煅烧8h,研究了含灰分较大的贫煤在熔融状态下对涂层的侵蚀特性。采用SEM和EDS观察了煅烧后灰渣在涂层上的形貌,并对结焦的渣样进行了分析。实验结果表明:在1 300℃下煅烧后,含灰分较多的贫煤对SiC-Al2O3涂层侵蚀不明显,有轻微的聚集现象;加入少量ZrO2微粉后,涂层抗灰渣侵蚀性能有所提高;在1 400℃下煅烧后,部分灰渣粘结在涂层表面上,有向涂层内部渗透的现象。
【Abstract】 The SiC-Al2O3 composite ceramic coating was prepared by slurry method,adding a little ZrO2 micro powder.Then the coating was put into a high temperature muffle for 8 hours at 1 300 ℃ and 1 400 ℃.Experiment studied with lean coal which contains larger coal ash in the molten state,the erosion of the coating characteristics.By SEM and EDS the calcined ash feature of the coating was observed and the coke slag samples were analyzed by the line.The results show that: after calcination at 1 300 ℃,with more lean coal ash on the erosion of SiC-Al2O3 coating is not obvious,but a slight aggregation.After adding a little amount of ZrO2 micro powder coating improves performance against ash erosion;After calcination at 1 400 ℃,some ash is adhered to the surface of the coating,and has a phenomenon to penetrate the internal coating.
