微生物对Q235钢在黄壤土中腐蚀行为的影响

【摘要】 利用电化学阻抗(EIS)、极化曲线、扫描电镜(SEM)和表面能谱(EDS)等测试方法,研究了微生物对Q235钢在黄壤土中腐蚀行为的影响。结果表明:微生物加速了Q235钢在黄壤土中的腐蚀;试样在接菌和灭菌黄壤土中的电化学阻抗谱均为单容抗弧,在接菌土壤中发生了阴极去极化,其腐蚀速率高于在灭菌土壤中的腐蚀速率;随着腐蚀的进行,Q235钢在接菌土壤中的腐蚀速率先减小后增加。

【Abstract】 The effects of microbe on corrosion behavior of Q235 steel in yellow soils were studied by using electrochemical impedance spectroscopy(EIS),polarization curve techniqe,scanning electron microscopy(SEM) and energy dispersion spectrometer(EDS).It was found that microbe accelerates the corrosion of Q235 steel in the yellow soils.EIS of Q235 steel in the yellow soils with or without microbe was a capacitive loop,cathodic depolarization occurred for Q235 steel in the soil with sulfate reducing bacteria(SRB),and the corrosion rate of Q235 steel in the soil with SRB was faster than that in the soil without SRB.Corrosion rate of Q235 in the soil with SRB first decreased,and then increased with exposure time.
