复合材料桥面板截面参数分析与设计研究

【摘要】 通过复合材料桥面板的有限元分析,对比了不同截面参数的桥面板模型的挠度和首层破坏荷载值。分析结果表明,增大桥面板的各项参数均能不同程度地降低桥面板的整体和局部挠度,增大桥面板的首层破坏荷载值。桥面板整体和局部挠度受顶板和腹板尺寸的影响比较大,而受底板尺寸和倒角尺寸的影响比较小。腹板较薄时,桥面板的首层破坏荷载值主要由腹板决定,其他情况下受顶、底板尺寸影响比较大。当底板厚度和总的腹板厚度相当且要略小于顶板厚度的时候,材料的利用率最高。

【Abstract】 The different section parameters of bridge panel is compared through the finite element analysis,and the deflection and first ply failure value are studied.The results show that,increasing of parameters of the bridge panel can reduce the deformation and increase the first ply failure value.The sizes of roof and webs have great influence on overall and local deformation,and that of the bottom and chamfer have little influence.The first ply failure value is determined by the webs when the webs are very thin.Under other circumstances the value is determined by the size of the roof and bottom.The material utilization is the highest when the thickness of the bottom is equal to the whole webs’ and a little thinner than that of the roof.
