预应力CFRP筋粘结夹片式球面锚具的研制与试验

【摘要】 碳纤维增强塑料(CFRP)筋良好的工作性能使其可以代替传统的预应力钢筋,但相对滞后的锚固体系研究已成为影响其使用的关键原因。通过研制新型的CFRP筋粘结夹片式球面锚具,研制了3种不同尺寸锚具,共9组试件进行锚固性能试验。结果表明,在锚固国产光圆碳纤维增强塑料筋时,锚具锚固效率最大达到80.6%;对于粘结夹片式球面锚具,钢质套管长度和粘结介质的粘结性能是影响锚固性能的关键因素;球面锚具可以自动调整CFRP筋的中线与锚具锥孔中线,改变孔口的受力特性,减小孔口剪应力,提高锚固性能。

【Abstract】 Carbon fiber reinforced plastic(CFRP) tendons could replace normal prestressed steels because of its good properties,but the study on anchorage system of CFRP tendons which was laggard influenced its use.CFPR tendons Bonding spherical Jaw vice anchorage is developed,and experimental study on anchor performance is studied with nine specimens in three different sizes.Experimental results show that the anchorage efficiency on anchored CFRP tendons is up to 80.6%,and the length of steelpipe and performance of bond media is the key factor affecting the performance of Bonding spherical Jaw vice anchorage.Spherical anchor can automatically adjust the center line of CFRP tendons and anchorage,it can change the force characteristics of the end of anchorage and reduce shear stress,so the performance of anchorage is improved.
