【摘要】 目的总结成年癫痫患者伴发作间期抑郁的临床特点。方法对61例成年癫痫患者伴发作间期抑郁进行研究,分析的抑郁症状包括抑郁情绪,兴趣缺乏,睡眠障碍,过分担忧,害怕/恐惧,焦虑不安,易怒(易激惹),疲劳,注意力不集中,自杀,偏执,自卑,能力减退等方面,并进行分析。结果 61例成年癫痫伴发作间期抑郁障碍患者中,难治性癫痫46例(75.4%)。抑郁症状:疲乏无力52例(85.2%),焦虑51例(83.6%),睡眠障碍50例(82%),兴趣缺乏48例(78.7%),注意力不集中46例(75.4%),自卑感43例(70.5%),抑郁情绪40例(65.6%),有自杀想法和行为者22例(36.1%)。结论癫痫伴发作间期抑郁障碍多见于难治性癫痫患者,以抑郁症状群、焦虑/恐惧症状群、睡眠障碍症状群、认知功能障碍症状群、自卑感较为常见。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To understand the clinical characteristics of interictal dysphoric disorder in adults with epilepsy. Methods Sixty-one adults with epilepsy were diagnosed as interictal dysphoric disorder. Their symptoms, including the depressive moods, anergia, insomnia, anxiety, irritability, phobic fears and fatigue, suicide, inattention, intolerance, self abasement, lower ability, were analyzed. Results Forty-six adults were intractable epilepsy (75.4%). The rang of symptoms based on frequency were fatigue(85.2%), anxiety(83.6%), sleep disorder(82%), anergia(78.7%), inattention (75.4% ), self abasement (70.5% ), depressive moods (65.6% ), suicide thought and/or behavior abnormalities (36.1% ). Conclusions Interictal dysphoric disorder in adults with epilepsy usually is comorbid intractable epilepsy. The symptoms are complex, often present as depression, anxiety, sleep disorder, cognitive dysfunction and self abasement. Some patients may be at high risk of suicide.更多还原
