【摘要】 我国三家电信运营商面临共建共享下一代网络的现实问题,亟待寻找到一种鼓励企业的积极性,并能减少企业交易费用的途径。本文围绕着重组后三大运营商的合作机制进行了分析和探讨。分析了政府管制对运营商之间竞争合作的影响,并对非管制下网络共建与接入博弈进行了较深入的模型分析。本文认为,基于用户数的分摊法能较好地解决网络外部性,有利于各方对网络资源的有效使用。更多还原

【Abstract】 The three Chinese new telecom operators have faced the challenge of joint construction and sharing of some existed network elements,so it is necessary to find a way to stimulate the operators to cooperate and lessen the transaction cost.This paper focuses on the cooperation mechanism of three telecom operator after restructuring.First of all,it analyzes the effect of the governmental regulation on the competition and cooperation among operators.And then it constructs models to analyze the situation for building or accessing games without regulation.Considering the network externalities,this paper proposes an effective way for use of network facilities which are based on the number of users.更多还原
