【摘要】 目前国内不少科技期刊稿件处理周期过长,导致作者将大量的稿件投向国外期刊。针对这一问题,近2年《中国实用内科杂志》采取一系列措施来缩短稿件处理周期,取得了一定成效。经验表明,编辑只有对期刊负责、对作者负责的责任感和服务于作者的意识,才能正确对待作者和作者的稿件,从而赢得更多的作者和稿源。更多还原

【Abstract】 Service consciousness is one of the most important qualities that sci-tech periodical editors should have.However,publication frequency is so long in China that large quantity of authors submit their manuscripts to foreign periodicals.To solve the problem,Chinese Journal of Practical Internal Medicine took steps to shorten publication frequency and achieved good results in recent years.This paper takes Chinese Journal of Practical Internal Medicine as an example,elaborating the importance of shortening publication frequency,the reason of the prolonged publication frequency and the way to shorten it.The paper points out that only with the sense of responsibility and serving consciousness can editors treat manuscripts and authors in highly responsible and painstaking attitude and win more authors and manuscripts.更多还原
