【摘要】 探讨高校科技期刊网站评价指标体系设立的原则,以及构建思路与方法。根据高校科技期刊网站的特点,确定其评价指标体系的总体目标,以及确定网站建设、网站内容、网站功能、网站管理等为一级指标,并分解细化二级、三级评价指标。采用经验判断的逐级评估方法,分别对各级指标进行加权处理,形成综合评价指标体系。更多还原

【Abstract】 This paper discusses the principles of establishing index evaluation system for the web sites of university scientific journals and the ways and methods.According to the characteristics of the university scientific journals’ web sites,the overall target of evaluation system is decided and the web site settlement,web site contents,web site function,web site management are chosen as the first level indexes which can be further divided into second level and third level evaluation indexes.Then,by the classification method based on experience judgment,indexes at each level are processed by their weights and finally an overall index evaluation system is formed.更多还原
