【Abstract】 At the end of 1980’s,with the bing modest foreign policy,Deng xiaoping came out with,China got a peaceful external circumstance.Since 1989,the uninterrupted rapid development of China has strengthened its comprehensive national power and heightened its international place.The truth is that the comprehensive power of China is much weaker than that of U.S.A.,and China faces up a very severe international environment meanwhile China has got lots of inner troubles.Therefore,China needs to keep the diplomatic strategy of being modest.更多还原
