【摘要】 公共体育场馆经营管理的民营化改革,是我国体育领域内公共事业改革的一种有益尝试。然而随着民营化的推进,在其实施过程中遭遇了理念滞后、制度缺损、监管缺失等方面的瓶颈。采用专家访谈法与实地考察法,基于我国公共体育场馆民营化改革的典型案例分析,对其民营化过程中的若干瓶颈问题进行剖析,并提出解决问题若干意见,为我国公共体育场馆民营化提供理论与实践的支持。更多还原

【Abstract】 The privatization reform of public gymnasiums and stadiums as the reform of public utilities in sports,which is a beneficial attempt.However,as the advance of the privatization reform,we meet some bottleneck problems,such as backward ideas,the ethics anomie,institutional destroy and the lack of regulatory.Based on the typical cases of the privatization reform of public gymnasiums and stadiums in China,this paper analysed some bottleneck problems in the process with the methods of interviewing experts and on-the-spot investigation,then put forward the correspondence reflections,for supporting the privatization of public gymnasiums and stadiums.更多还原
