【摘要】 为建立席位分配问题的公平合理方案,对经典Q值法进行了研究并提出改进,构造了衡量相对不公平程度的新标准量。通过对几个经典席位分配问题实例的计算,比较分析了多种席位分配方法的求解结果,并与经典的Q值法进行了公平性的比较。结果表明改进的标准量更为合理,从而验证了该方法的有效性和合理性。更多还原

【Abstract】 In order to obtain fair and equitable decision for the allocation seats,the classical Q-value scheme for fair allocation of seats is discussed and improved,and also the new standard scale of relative justice is defined.Compared with the classical Q-value scheme,the new standard scale is reasonable.The results of several examples in allocation of seats show that the improved method is more reasonable and efficient than classical Q-value scheme in optimizing these problems.更多还原
