装甲车辆瞬态温度场分析
The Transient Analysis of Temperature Field of Armored Vehicles
【摘要】 为了对装甲车辆太赫兹辐射特性进行分析,以坦克为主要研究对象,利用有限元分析软件ANSYS进行三维瞬态温度场模拟,建立了装甲车辆的整体物理模型。并且着重对负重轮温度场进行计算研究,绘制了负重轮及履带加载负荷和边界条件后的图形,以及运动1 h后负重轮整体的温度分布图,分析了轮胎边缘点温度随时间变化的情况。结果表明:负重轮是装甲车辆太赫兹辐射成像中重要的识别因素,为后期研究目标与背景的太赫兹辐射特性奠定了基础。
【Abstract】 In order to analyze radiation characteristics of armored vehicle,tank,an important and complicated military target is studied in the paper.The physical model of whole target is built by using the finite element analysis software ANSYS.The temperature field around tank road wheel’s tire is described heavily.the mechanical and thermal models are promoted respectively.The tires temperature field and the time history of temperature rise are analyzed.It is illustrated that road wheel is the key identifying factor for armored vehicles in terahertz radiation imaging.
