表面活性剂对棉籽油甲酯KB值的影响
The Influence of Surfactant to the KB Number of Cottonseed Oil Methyl Ester
【摘要】 生物柴油是一种优质的石化柴油替代品,具有良好的溶解能力。贝壳松脂丁醇值法(KB值法)是一种表征有机溶剂溶解性的方法。笔者采用该方法测试了棉籽油甲酯的KB值以及掺入不同表面活性剂后对KB值的影响。实验结果表明,不同的表面活性剂对棉籽油甲酯的KB值的影响不同。AEO-3的存在使得棉籽油甲酯的KB值增大,说明AEO-3的存在增强了棉籽油甲酯的溶解能力;而随着棉籽油甲酯中span80或tween60含量的增加,溶液的KB值减小。根据基团贡献法所得到的溶解度参数对这种现象作了解释。为生物柴油清洗剂配方技术的研究和开发提供了理论指导。
【Abstract】 Biodiesel is potential substitute for petroleum diesel,and it has good dissolving capability.In this paper,the kauri butanol(KB),which is a common method for the characterization of solution power of organic solvent,was used to determine the dissolving capability of one kind of biodiesel-cottonseed oil methyl ester.The KB number of cottonseed oil methyl ester is measured,and the effect of different surfactant additives on the KB number of cottonseed oil methyl ester is also studied.The experimental results show that the KB number of cottonseed oil methyl ester will increase with the increase of the quantity of AEO-3.While when span 80 or tween 60 is added,the KB number will decrease.This phenomenon is explained by the solubility parameters calculated with the group contribution method.
