鱼类病原菌耐药性研究进展

【摘要】 目前,我国水产养殖细菌性病害达50.00%以上,化学药物仍是防治鱼类细菌性疾病的主要措施,药物滥用现象普遍。鱼类病原菌至少耐受一种抗菌药物,多重耐药现象日益严重。为加强鱼类病原菌耐药性调查研究及抗菌药物药物学、药效学和在鱼类的代谢动力学研究,主要对鱼类病原菌的耐药性现状、检测方法和消除方法进行了概述,对耐药性的机制、来源和扩散进行了归纳,以期进而规范养殖用药,保障水产品质量,减少环境污染。

【Abstract】 Presently,bacterial disease in aquaculture was more than 50.00% in China,and chemicals were still the main measure for preventing it,therefore,the drug abuse was widespread,and bacterial pathogens of fish were tolerated to at least a drug,and multiple drug resistance was becoming more serious.In this paper,for the sake of reinforcing the research of drug resistance of fish pathogen,and strengthening the study of pharmacology and pharmacodynamics of antibiotics and pharmacokinetics in fish,the status of drug resistance of fish pathogens and detecting methods and eliminating ways were summarized,the mechanism and the source and the spread of drug resistance were summed up,moreover,regulating farming agents,protecting the quality of aquatic product and reducing environmental pollution.
