【摘要】 公民政治权利诉求保障机制建设是我国民主政治建设理论研究的重要内容,是我国经济和社会发展的现实要求。我国公民政治权利诉求保障机制的建设已获得较大的实践成果,但在现实中依然存在大量公民制度外的权利诉求行为和个体或群体性的非有序的政治参与现象。因此,构建发挥公民政治权利诉求保障机制作用的有效渠道,实现政府与公民关系的良性互动,即公民在国家保障机制的框架下进行有序政治参与,实现自身政治权利诉求对于维护社会稳定、促进公平正义具有重要的意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 The building of Protection System of civil and political rights is the most important part of the Democratic political construction studying,and is the realistic demands of economic and social development of China.China has achieved a lot in the practice of building the Protection System of demands of civil and political rights.But in reality,still,there are phenomena of non-orderly political participation of the individual and groups and large number of demands behavior outside the civil regime.So it is of big importance to set up an effective way to operate the Protection System of demands of civil and political rights to realize the positive conversation between government and citizens,that is to say,in the framework of national protection system,citizens can participate in the politics orderly and realize their quest for political rights for themselves.更多还原
