【摘要】 "清官"一词自魏晋南北朝开始流传,历经隋唐至宋元,其含义主要有三次变化:从表现为士族门阀的门第到中央控制的官职再到社会认可的官德,即从表示门第、官职到官德,从以人分、以官分到以德分。这种演变与九品中正制向科举制转变、士族政治向官僚政治转变紧密相关,反映了时代进步。宋元以来清官所体现的清廉公正的品德,流传至今。更多还原

【Abstract】 The expression Clean Official spread gradually since WeiJin,the Northern and Southern Dynasties through Sui and Tang Dynasties to Song and Yuan Dynasties.With its meaning changed for three times ranging from social status among families to official position under centralization of state power and to official virtues recognized by the public,that is,it was defined by the virtue rather than by family and official.The change is closely associated with the transition from JiuPinZhongZheng to imperial examinations and transition from scholar-oriented politics to bureaucracy-oriented politics.It is a reflection of the social advancement.The cleanness and incorruptibility embodied by clean officials in Song and Yuan Dynasty have been going around up to now.更多还原
